If one or more of your automated containers were not picked up, or if a scheduled service did not take place, please call the Sanitation Call Center 1-800-773-2489, from Monday through Friday, between 7:30a.m. and 4:45p.m. You could also inform us if the service was not completed by clicking on the Service Website Site indicated below. Service Website Site takes two days to be processed.
