TO REPORT A SEWER ODOR, call the hotline or use our online COMPLAINT FORM.  

A crew will be dispatched to investigate the odor complaint and correct the problem as soon as possible. A representative of the Bureau of Sanitation will call you back to report the results of the investigation.
